That Magic first rounder they drafted 11th? Boy I sure don't. I was thinking maybe he'd join them especially in light of Turkoglu possibly leaving, but it turns out he's not so good in Europe

  • Doc could learn a thing or two from Norman Dale
That draft didn't turn out as well as people were predicting, but the obvious player the Magic missed was Danny Granger.  Granger + Howard would have been some combination...

Yeah, no kidding.  That would be a contender for years if they kept decent guys around them.  The best young center plus one of the best young small forwards on the same team.

Actually I think he would be a nice fit for the magic. He could definitely help them. Numbers in Europe don`t tell the whole story, I think he developed quite nicely...

I wonder if they still would have pursued Rashard Lewis in that case, or perhaps another FA from 2007 (who were the other big FAs -- Billups?)
