I am trying to be ambiguous with the title thread

(It has been mentioned as an Apocalypse year if I remember well). In the same year, apparently the Euro currency will arrive to the country I live currently, Poland (as well as some motorways and football competitions) and it seems everything expires that year.
It could also be the end of the Big 3 era in Boston, or at least contract wise. In 2012 Garnett will finish off his contract, and it is wise to say that if he will be fit and competitive for then, and provided he would like to continue here (that I imagine he would) he wouldn't have such a lucrative contract (same will be applied to Paul or Ray). It will be the time to give big money to Rondo or Perkins if they continue here.
So, if everything goes as mentioned, veteran guys like Eddie House or other potential free agents that we may sign from now will be either too old or their financial value considerably down.
If all this is right, then maybe (and just maybe, assuming the previously mentioned facts) the following things will be happening soon:
1. Ray Allen will sign a 2 year, 20 million extension (this would be ideal, i think in order to extend Rondo)
2. Rajon Rondo will sign a multiple year extension, probably increasing contract starting from a 8 million or so sum for 2011-2012
3. Kendrick Perkins will sign a multiyear extension in 2010, starting from a 7-8 million mark in 2011-12 and then increasing his contract with the years.
4. Paul Pierce will have to be signed to a year extension at least, maybe next summer or in 2011.
If everything goes well, we will have managed to get 1 or 2 rings in the process

and it will be the time to prepare the farewell tours for them. Hopefully they will stay a couple more years or so (at a reduced rate) to witness the stardom of a new era in Boston with Rondo, Perk and hopefully another draft signees by Ainge and some star having been signed by Boston during the 2009-12 window.
What do you guys think? Will this be the likely scenario or you think something drastic will happen this summer or next?
