If I'm Shaq I'd rather Orlando win

Also I wouldn't mind seeing Shaq win a championship without the best sg in the league on his team

I think he already did win a championship without the best SG in the league... unless you think Wade is the best?

I think he might have been the best the year they won.

I'm just not a Shaq fan. Don't find him funny. And while Kobe isn't exactly a model citizen, he was working on his game religiously while Shaq was getting fat. The Lakers could have easily won as many titles as the Bulls dynasty (not that I'm complaining. Just pointing out something on Shaq). And just like Kareem eventually took second fiddle to Magic, Shaq should of done the same to Kobe, once Kobe had come into his own. Shaq eventually accepted being second fiddle, but on Miami.

And I understand why Kareem and Howard are perplexed by Shaq.

Yeah, he said that, but its just a PR move. He expects Kobe to win his fourth ring, so instead of having it look like Kobe finally triumphed over Shaq, Shaq is trying to defuse the situation and dampen Kobe's thunder. If Shaq makes it look like the whole feud thing is over, Kobe's accomplishment will be diminished because he won't be able to attack Shaq and rub it in his face and say "SEE?!?!?", because it will all be a thing of the past.

A clever move by Shaq, but I'm not buying it. Not in the least.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.
