Sweet Pics now how do i post them here???

I got some great pics and t shirt ideas one of my buddies came up and would love to share here.  However, all the pics are .jpg files.  How can I post them here on the site HELP!!!

What I did was set up a Flickr account and posted them on there. 

Afterwards, you just need to right click on the photo and click on properties.  Then copy the link to the photo and paste the line between [img] connotations when posting on CB.
