I want my props for calling this series and saying ORL would win, as soon as I put my stats up for the Cavs people responded quickly left and right to tell me I was wrong but I was right!!

You weren't right--the result happened to coincide with your prediction.

Saying you were right is like saying the earth is round because a banana is square. The conclusion is accurate, but the argument is retarded. The Magic winning the ECF's had nothing to do with your cherry picked "games against +.600 teams" stat-- it had to do with a certain player setting up on the left block and overpowering everyone who tried to stop him.

And I WANTED Orlando to win.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

Also, star18, its a good thing you don't hate Lebron--otherwise, I would think you started this thread kicking Lebron while he's down out of spite.  ::)

Yeah it did!! I'm a winner!! epsn has all 10 people pick the Cavs after Cavs were down 41 points in the last game they played against ORL? How off is that? And I kept believing and posting about how I thought ORL would win and I won! ;D

Yep.  Cleveland just matches up incredibly poorly against Orlando.  I think Cleveland wins against just about any other team.

Also, of course, it's not like this series was a blowout.  Cleveland lost two games by a total of 3 points.

Alright, this thread is perilously close to being locked.  There's no problem with posters celebrating the demise of the Cavs.  However, the self-aggrandizement needs to stop.

As our rules state:

Quote
Do not start threads for the purpose of "calling out" other posters.  Retrospective threads are fine, "I told you so" threads aimed at making others look bad are not.

That should be clear enough.  Get back on track, or this will be shut down.

Its ridiculous.

Today I predicted my toast would burn because Mick Jagger and Tina Fay both own a CD of whale sounds.

AND GUESS WHAT? MY TOAST DID BURN! THAT MEANS I'M RIGHT!

I await a flood of TPs.

but at least Cleveland lost. I'm eager to see how Andrew Bynum deals with Dwight Howard.

Hey all I tried to do was show stats for ORL and I was the one who was called out by other posters so I didn't do anything wrong. All 10 experts pick the Cavs and I got the series correct because I watched the games and researched the stats.

But it could be a sweep if LeBron hadn't hit that unbelievable buzzer beater, so the line between a blowout and a balanced series is pretty thin!!
