What ever happened to the Cleveland pick Boston acquired for Jiri Welsch?

Did Boston trade it to Phoenix for the rights to Rondo?   And then Phoenix traded it to Portland for cash and they took Rudy Fernandez?

Or did Boston trade a different 1st-rounder to Phoenix for Rondo?

Yup it was the pick we sent Phoenix in the Rondo trade. Take a look at the draft board and this article.

That pick was the 24th which the Suns sold to Portland.
