Kobe is re-arranging his ring display case as we speak.

Too bad the Lakers won't be making the Finals.
You're trippin.  The Lakers take entire playoff games off.  It's over.  Lakers win the title.  I couldn't be more depressed about this.  Glad I'm getting it out of the way weeks in advance.

The Nuggets have looked outstanding against the Lakers.  I think there's a 75% shot that Denver wins that series.  I see Cleveland advancing before I do the Lakers.

Are we allowed to call a player a juicing freak with no evidence? ???

Agreed.  Honestly both the Magic and Nuggets could have swept both teams, but LeBron hit a lucky shot and the Nuggets gave 2 games away.

Orlando Magic leads series 3-1 over Stern

Yeah.

Anybody else excited by the idea that the Celtics may have given the Magic a tougher fought series than the Cavs will?

Kobe Bryant FTW!

Hope you guys are happy with Phil Jackson taking a wiz on Red's grave.  I blame you.

Why do you think the cavs are getting beat? Orlando is not getting lucky. If the cavs cant beat orlando, what makes you think they would get by la??? La was the only team to beat them at home before the playoffs while on a east coast trip with a less than healthy kobe. I'll say it again, the cavs are getting beat because they dont have the size and talent in their front court to keep up. La and Orlando have both and are the worst match up.

I think its time to face it, the cavs were a complete paper tiger with their record and defense this year. All their flash and gay pregame stuff is for nothing and I absolutly love it. I agree with truth on this as well. I would root for la over cleveland this year for some of the same reasons. The more years we keep lecrab away from a trophy the harder its going to be for him to surpass the great players who earned the respect of the league and players.

"Pietrus totally faced Lebron in the elbow there...Where was the call?" Exactly Flagrant on Lebron, no question.  The funny thing is when Mo and Lebron ran their mouth yesterday they said over and over again that the AJ elbow play on Mo was a dirty play. They both said that play is not a basketball play and elbows have no place in basketball.   Guess what.  Lebron did the exact same thing with his elbow that AJ did.  It was the EXACT same play, should have been a flagrant foul.   Hey Lebron & Mo I thought elbows had no place in basketball how come Lebron elbowed Pietrus in the face then.  Bunch of hypocrites, should have been swept already.

Bravo, well said.

The Cavs are not that good.  They are losing to the Magic and they would lose to the Lakers.  The Magic and Denver are our best hopes for LA to not win this year, in that order.

I don't want Cleveland to win because they act like they are the greatest team when in fact they aren't, they just have the best player in the league.  They are far from the best.  Everybody acts like King Crab deserves a crown and perhaps he does, but not yet.  Not with that kind of team around him.  Teams win championships, not single players, and I would hate to see a team based around one player win the championship.  Make LeBron earn the respect not just of the fans but of the rest of the league.

Yea exactly , what makes you think that Orlando can't beat the Lakers? Over the past 2 seasons Orlando is 3-1 against the Lakers . Dwight Howard can matchup with the Lakers Big Men and they have the wings that can play tough nose D on Kobe with Lee and Pietrus coming off the bench.

Orlando Magic leads series 3-1 over Stern

I was wondering how long it would take the conspiracy theorists to rationalize the fact that even though they knew the fix was in, the NBA somehow let the magic win despite it's best efforts. Can;t let logic or reality get in the way. That didn't take long at all.

The magic are like the rebel alliance, standing up to the empire against all odds  ::)

Never suspect conspiracy in situations where incompetence will suffice.

They didn't let the Magic win, according to the NBA Lebron hit another buzzer beater to win the game.  Too bad Lebron missed because he's not the greatest ever, and will never be.  Oh forgot, KG.

as long as you harbor an irrational  hatred of said player based on a conspiracy theory that apparently the league forgot about for the OT period while the magic snuck in a win, absolutely.

Because, as we all know, teh NBA playoffs are fixed, and they are scripted for maximum ratings, not actual basketball *

I mean, it's all so simple. The league doctors this game and then in the over time the magic heroically battled against the fix, to the point where the ref's defied thier evil leader to call the game fair enough to let the magic eek one out.

Don;t you know how the NBA works RR? gawd.

* except 2008 when the Celtics won. Despite the league fixing every playoff game to keep to a script in standered "Its all rigged!" doctrine, the 2008 Celtics championship is not part of the league wide conspiracy. That teams inherent goodness overcame any hint of irregularity.

Celtic fan conspiracy theorists appreciate you not pointing out the huge logic hole involved in the above. thank you and goodnight!
