BOS Sends R. Allen, Rondo, Walker, Scalabrine, House, T. Allen
BOS Gets Bosh, Duhon, Kapono, Jeffries

NYC Sends Harrington, Jeffries, Duhon
NYC Gets Calderon, Scalabrine, House, T. Allen, O'Bryant

TOR Sends Bosh, Calderon, Kapono, O'Bryant
TOR Gets R. Allen, Rondo, Harrington, Walker

Now, while this is going down, Ainge brings Pierce and Garnett to a meeting in Vegas with Iverson, Kidd, Hill and thier agents. Vet Minimum contracts for one year, we blow the MLE on a good young player (Jarret Jack), you win the championship.

Iverson / Jack / Duhon
Kidd / Hill / Giddens
Pierce / Jeffries
Garnett / Bosh / Powe
Perkins / LLE Center (Maybe Rasho?) / Moore

Next off season gets a little dicey with nothing but Jack (I see him as a very solid starting shooting guard in the East) and Giddens in the backcourt, but we have the full MLE (Duhon, Lowry, Foye), a first rounder and a second rounder to adress the problem - not to mention the best frontcourt in the NBA.

Why is AI on this team?

Why is AI on this team?

An Iverson - Kidd backcourt is the perfect storm of wrong bodies for thier positions - Kidd covers the shooting guard and runs the point, while Iverson guards the point guard and mans the 2.

Not only that, but AI is surounded by four very unselfish, very willing defenders that he respects - three of whom space the floor - with a laser focus on winning the championship. He is the unquestioned starter, a Top 5 pointguard in the East and the most talented free agent available this off season.

You have to imagine it killed him to ride the bench behind a scrub like Stuckey - nothing turns a workplace toxic faster.

live in new york watch way too many knicks games trust me jeffries is the worst in the NBA. The highlight of his career is shutting down Rondo in the regular season.  Yes a 7 footer guarding 6'1 point guard.   If thats the highlight of your career you need to start tossing up halfcourters.

Well played Crownsy, well played...

For the sake of arguement, lets take AI off the team. Still a championship favorite - the point was to build a trade that lands Bosh. Are Ray, Rondo, and Harrington enough?
