Play the Lakers in the Finals. I was hoping for the Nuggets but I'm sure now it will be L. A. Now. When John Tompson asked about him being on a road to facing Kobe, Lebron grinned and the quickly turned his face to serious and side-stepped the question.

I'm 100% sure it's Lakers Vs. Cavs Now.

That would be the logical pick based on the skill levels of both teams. Denver has a chance for the upset, but it's going to be CLEV vs. someone.

J, i don't get it either...i guess he's implying its fixed?

Yea, if not fixed than heavily influenced. The worst example of that to me, and some of you must agree is when the Kings played the Lakers with webber, Vlade, Christie, Bibby, Etc.

Those games were Crazy, The Kings got screwed.

I think the implication is that LeBron is dismissing and disrespecting the Nuggets and Magic as having no chance to win whatsoever.

You so sure about that now?

You so sure about that now?

Hence the reason LeBron "Big Mouth" James should've kept his mouth shut and got the job done.

Now they've just given up homecourt advantage against a team that only just over a month ago, smashed them by 30+ in Orlando.

They were given a golden opportunity with no KG for Boston in the playoffs, now they find themselves in 0-1 hole, I sure hope the Magic finish them off.

That's the way I understood it. Another example of LeBron being an arrogant, disrespectful punk. I can't stand him, and he brings it on himself.

What did Lebron say?

I'm just hoping for a good series in the east, fun to watch. My main rooting interest is in the west, anyone but the Lakers....

Cav's Lakers in the 2009 Finals is about as sure a bet as Affirmed-Aladar Exacta in the 1978 Triple Crown Races.

LeBron's still a kid wanting to be liked and still finding his center. It's tacky to call him a punk, tho' I bet he thinks twice about celebrating too early now. He shouldn't take that puppet show (NBA commercial) too seriously. I'd love to see a Magic/Nuggets series.

  • There can only be one.
I too would love to see a Magic-Nuggets series. Pretty epic match-up.
