My daily diet is pretty much:
Breakfast: Bowl of cereal, glass of OJ
morning snack: power bar, powerade
lunch: turkey or ham + cheese sandwich on wheat with mayo, milk, potato chips
afternoon snack: some peanuts, powerade
dinner: any type of meat, poultry, fish, with a side such as corn, carrots, broccoli, potatoes & a salad with a glass of milk.
Don't really like to eat past 8-8:30 PM, but if I do have a little snack before bed, most likely a yogurt or some nuts.
