Rasho would be a solid addition to our bench...he's not tha greatest player to have..but he is a huge upgrade from mikki moore...rasho can hit tha outside shot....he has a solid frame of a seven footer...unlike mikki who's frail....he has good hand...can finish inside...and is a solid post defender...wat else could u ask from a back up center...and he's a banger...down low...and is ok at rebound...dats wat we need........if u have any comment let me kno....cause this is mi first post....oh yea...I almost forgot...it would also str8 to sign jamario moon....as welll.....

He'd be a good fit if he came for cheap money.

On another note, I liked what I saw of Tony Battie in the Orlando series.  If the C's decide to keep this current team together come next summer, he wouldn't be a bad addition as Perk's backup.

  • Basketball is like chess, only without the dice
Nesterovic will play in San Antonio or Toronto.

Battie isn't a FA; but in any case, he's declined a lot this season. Don't be fouled by a few successful jump-shots - Davis answering back hitting consecutive open shots is a better measure of his current value.

Hmmmm....but tony battie...game..somewat reminds u of big babby... mcdyess...game...shootin mid range...which is good and he is 6"11...but tha onli thing is ...as we all saw...he isn't dat great of a post defender....and I think rasho is better n dat department...plus.....do u guys think dat having a true center would be better....cause if we sign big baby back...and powe even tho he won't play yet....and we get a good slasher.SF....and fit them into our system...dat could be very effective....cause man if we had dat size n our front court...wow....

dang he's goin to one of them....I wish doc or ainge can talk to him....

Big Rasho fan here.

He has the size, the game, the bball IQ, is tough, and I simply like him.
Of all the backup Centers available, he`d be my first choice.
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

Rasho would be a nice back-up center.

Cordobes, why do you think he'll go to San Antonio or Toronto, both have traded him in the past few years?

Man...I don't want rasho to decide onda spurs and toronto yet....cause man if ainge and them can get a good talk with him...and prove to him that they can be a stronger contender than tha spurs....and freakin raptors....obviously....but..if dat can happen...man I don't c why he would come...im sure...he knows he's on his way out..and wants a ring...and tha celts would be his best option....better than tha spurs...who got eliminated earlier than us.....do u guys think its possible he could swing to boston?...

On Toronto and Rasho ... Over the last few weeks, Bryan Colangelo has spoken glowingly about Rasho and what he gave to the club during his time there. Rasho has been mentioned in interviews as a possible free agent target -- since the Raps desperately need a backup big man.

I think Toronto will be Rasho's first choice ... but I'm dubious about how much money Colangelo is willing to pay him, so I think Rasho is still in very much in play.

As for San Antonio -- Spurs are desperate for a big man who can lighten the load for Duncan. Someone who knows their system and has been successful in their system is a major bonus. San Antonio always appreciated what Rasho brought to the table, they just didn't like his contract, his departure from the club was financial and not basketball related.

I don't foresee Rasho being had for "cheap".

Nesterovic for the minimum is not going to happen. He's got more value right now. If Danny could bring him for less than the MLE it would definitely be worth trying. That said, i prefer that we spend the whole MLE on someone like Wallace if he is willing to play for that money (I think I read somewhere that he wanted to play for 8million  ::)
