not really, but the extra rest will be nice.

He said that Ray played with a hamstring injury during the Orlando series, Pierce is dealing with bone spurs which may require surgery, and Perk may have surgery on his shoulder.

He also said that he thought their was a better chance Davis would return than Marbury.

the bone spurs for pierce suck, hopefully they aren't in a joint.

If perk needs surgery, thats huge, because that means his shoulder will need another off season of rest, and would seem to be chronic.

even more reason to hope that we can get a real infusion of talent to the bench this off season - especially on the wing and the blocks.

GPA need to be playing less during the regular season.

I'm a satisfied customer. Going against Cleveland would have been 4 games of brutallity. Good luck to Orlando (They will get their's handed to them - I GUARENTEE IT).

That said, I still miss the chase, the mountain climb.
Wins are few, times are hard. Here is your bleeping St Patricks Day Card.

If Pierce's bone spurs were in a joint, I doubt he would have been playing at all.

i miss the climb as well, but i also think that we match up better against CLE without KG than ORL without KG.

i think the CLE series would have had lots of different dimensions to it. for instance, i think Baby would have had a much better series against CLE.

i also think we could have gotten more out of our bench. Mar and Eddie would have had much better match ups for them. We might have even seen the 15 ft jumper from Mikki...

maybe it would have been brutal, who knows...

I'd love it if they could keep all of their minutes around 35 per game. Doc did a pretty good job of it early, but later in the year his hand was forced due to injuries and the minutes crept up to scary levels. It clearly wore on the team.

Yeah the C's need rest and recovery time... gotta go the spurs route and heavily control minutes next year.
