no, i know you're not. but i think based on how these playoffs shook down, we need to be thinking in positional terms.

the celtics have one true SF on the roster: paul pierce. bill walker may become one, but his ability is unclear for now. so we have to consider a legit back up to peirce, unless we want to watch him dragging around like he's asleep like he did for the last 1/4 of the season and playoffs.
now, there's a guy in the Eastern Conference named Lebron who's pretty good. he plays SF. now try to imagine PP and only PP playing LBJ wednesday -- the guy would enjoy nothing more than making Paul look bad. i'm kind of relieved that didn't happen.
if you look around rosters in the league, outlaw's up there as an interesting option. he has the potential to be a fairly good defender in a better system. and his offense is good-to-intreguing. i doubt the blazers would trade him to the Cs for all the reasons i mentioned previously in this thread, but stranger things have happened, especially with pritcherd at the wheel.
