Tonight's loss is too fresh for me to get into the details with the names and the numbers, just an overall outlook.
Hopefully the whole organization was humbled by tonight. Players, coaches, and management alike need to go their jobs this summer.
For the veterans that is balancing rest and work. They need to get healthy and get their legs back.
The young guys need to work, work, work. Rondo and Davis need to keep working on their shots. The young guys need to be in the gym and working on their all around games.
Danny and Wyc are going to have some options. Obviously the main thing is the bench. We need to find solidified backups at the 1, 3 and 5 spot.
I finally understand why it's so hard to repeat as champions. Last year we played some many games, and well into June. The win was followed by a ton of celebrating; parties, parades, talk shows, Vegas trips. This summer will be a lot difference. It will be longer, and more relaxed. Also this loss should give the team an edge they didn't have last summer. They should be even more hungry. It's going to be a long offseason, but I'll just look at it as a chance to get KG healthy, Ray and Paul some rest, and management a chance to make some good signings.
