Ray Allen is the player who gets all the blame for the Celtics struggles in this series. I won't post another thread to explain the reasons of his slump, etc, but with another game 7 heading in Boston, I thought it would be fair to remind all the doubters how Ray bounces back when he has to. Sure, we expected this kind of game from him since game 1 of this series, and he hasn't bounced back yet (except for his dagger three in game 5).
But with the season on the line, Jesus Shuttlesworth will show up to save the Celtics. Remember game 2 against Chicago? The Bulls were going to get a 2-0 lead, and then Jesus hits two dagger threes to tie the series (and save the season) after an horrid game 1 and an horrid first half in game 2. Remember game 6 of the same series? Yeah well, a loss after 3 OT but Ray showed up with his 51 points and he sent the Celtics to a triple overtime when we thought we were done. He was too alone.
Remember game 4 of the NBA Finals last year? Jesus played 48 minutes, never gave up, responded in crunch time with an amazing reverse lay-up and then crushed the Lakers and Vujacic on a one on one ultimate possession.

I know that predictions have been meaningless in this series, but I still trust Jesus Shuttlesworth to redeem himself, especially after two days of rest and the Celtics season on the line. He might not finish 9/10 or 5/5 on treys, but ultimately he will play a big role in the Celtics victory, whether it is with a clutch trey, a key rebound or a great overall game. Jesus will rise up!
