I just don't recognise the identity of the Celtics right now. The team lacks defense, they are tired. We need a miracle...but hey! Boston is the land of miracles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Last effort celtics!! If this is the last game, let's leave it with pride and show some guts!

Still time for 1 more run to save the season.  I believe in this team.
Got to start right now.  Defensive stops are a must.

Have to take advantage of Howard out.

DJ, thanks for the laugh.

Let me enlighten you: There isn't a harsher critic on this board of the cheap, lackadasical job done by Danny Ainge and Wyc Grousbeck this summer. I agree with you, actually - and I would have resigned James Posey, or in the absence of that, made the Nocioni deal at the deadline.

This season was doomed in July and August.

The refusal to provide a competent three was absolutely inexcusable by this management. They failed this coach, and they failed these players.

The "Ainge does no wrong" crowd will persist, as you've noticed.

But I'm gonna be here allllll summer ...

Doc is getting OWNED. Why Eddie House is near the court right now is mind boggling.

We have no offense, that's why.  66 points in 3 and a half quarters.

  • Doc could learn a thing or two from Norman Dale
Let's try to keep comments confined to the game, rather than "what went wrong", etc., please.

I know you'll say I'm just crying and whining and things but really, tell me, are you satisfied with what we've played tonight?? Are you satisfied with the effort?? Cuz I'm not... I was ready to accept a loss if I saw the C's playing with their heart, the heart of a champion... where's the heart of the champion now?? If you're satisfied with what we've shown tonight, then ok... but I think there's really no excuse here!! We've played so many games and we're worn out and blah blah blah... whatever, even if I'm tired to death I won't let myself be humiliated on my home court, I will strive, I might lose but I won't give up, these guys look indifferent out there, it's just too sad to watch

And Pierce... man, you're not clutch, I think we got our answer!!
"Life has so many hurdles. Some of them I've hopped over, some of them I've tripped over. The key is to get back up and finish the race."- Paul Pierce

And he did finish...
