I have a friend who gloats about predicting that the Red Sox would come back when they were down 0-3 to the Yankees in 2004. He doesn't get that a million people predicted that. You know why a million people predicted that... because who cares if your wrong. A million people predicted they would come back last year against the Rays. They didn't. Nobody holds it against these people for making a wrong prediction. Because nobody cares. Nobody cares that you have a gut feeling of who's gonna win.
With all the Ray bashing (rightfully so) I know there is going to be someone who say's "Ray Allen is going to have a monster game 7" And you know what? He might but if he doesn't you don't lose anything, no one is going to call you out. If he does, don't gloat that you predicted it.
