Maybe Ron Artest should sit game 7. You know with T-Mac,Yao, and Artest out Rockets would probably win by like 45 points.

Houston has the heart. I really like that team, they remind me of the Celts, the way they give it there all as the beaten up underdogs who just leave it all on the floor.

brooks is the man!

Win or lose the series, the Rockets have played as good as it gets aganist the Lakers. They have made the Lakers work for all they got so far...unlike the Cavs cakewalk to the ECF.

Yeah well the fact that the Lakers got crushed and are going to play a game 7 made the Celtics loss not as bad as it could have been.

Pau Gasoft got a "wake-up" call by Kobe :

the funny part is pau kept them in it to start the fourth, it wasen't until mamba came in and bricked 4 shots in a row that the rockets ran away from them.

This series has been a joy, then if they survive the Lakers get to deal with Denver for 7.  The NBA, where soft pretenders get exposed!

Think nothing of it.  I'm convinced that Kobe is just letting it go to 7 games so that he can have some "Game 7 Glory".  I think the guy is narcissistic enough that he looked at the attention the Bulls/Celtics series got and decided to stretch this one out for some "Kobe Time".   After the Lakers win by 50 he'll probably go to the podium, feign that he's winded and say, "Wow... I'm just happy I was able to be a part of the greatest 2nd round series in history"...

My buddy and I like to call that "Kobe Time"... when Kobe tries to take over a game, the announcers say some silly line about "at the end of a close game there is nobody in the world better to have with a ball" and Kobe goes out and bricks it.

It's still mind-boggling to me that San Antonio (who so rarely screws these things up) gave up Scola for next to nothing.  I didn't understand the trade at the time - and I don't understand it not, Scola would have been great to take some of the pressure off Duncan, let him conserve some energy during the regular season.

The Lakers are a joke.
No focus, no hunger, no nothing.

Kobe may want to look up his last Game 7 "performance" first:
