Last year Rondo was wearing Reeboks, but he has switched to Nike this year.
Those foams are PE for Rondo, I pretty sure they have a personalized tongue, I think it is the double R (like rolls royce) the same as his tatoo.

I was hoping to find a pic that shows better details.  I am a huge fan of anything foam, I prefer Nike's Penny line to Jordans even.
