We haven't seen his best *yet* but he was the main soldier off the bench to trade blows with the magic offense. Helluva good show put on by Marbury.
True Celtic = Leon Powe

Bring back the show!!!!

If it wasn't for Marbury we would have been down about 20 points in the 4th, I pray he resigns with us in the offseason.

i don't wanna hear 1 more person say that Marbury's tenure with the Celtics has been a failure, because he just did EXACTLY what we signed him to do. He came in when we were in an offensive drought, gave the team the boost they needed, and propelled the team to a win IN THE PLAYOFFS. That's why we signed him, all we needed was for him to do that ONCE for the signing to be a success.

Agreed, TP for that one. Although obviously we all would've liked for Starbury to do more than win us just one game (we know he's capable of more) you have to pretty much say we got our money's worth in that fourth quarter.

Marbury has mentioned on twitter that he would love to come back for the Celtics if they want him.

I think he has really changed after the Knicks threw him under the bus.

I also need to give a shout out to Perk for playing with the injured shoulder, man is a warrior. Supposedly he kept rubbing it during the time outs, so it is probably still killin him.

Nice outing by Steph. I think he has been humbled by that rotten experience with the Bricks. I for one hopes he gets another chance to shine for us. We could use his scoring.
