It's so frustrating to see us playing like this after such a big W in Orlando...

I'm confused.  How are the Celtics only down 8?  Orlando is killing us on both ends of the floor.

Orlando isnt playing very well either.  Were just playing so awful it makes them look a lot better.  It's a shame we're not sharp, we could have had a good handle on this game at half time

It seems like we are either force feeding or trying to force feed it to Ray way too much. We are waiting for him to run off picks wasting time on the shot clock while everyone else is standing around. Then we either get it to Ray who doesn't have an open shot or Rondo has to create something with like 13 on the shot clock. We need to take what the Magic give us and right now they aren't letting us have Ray.

i like bird dish to johnson with no crowd..sick

Probably the best "where amazing happens" commercial I`ve ever seen.
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

Seems like they are only able to bring it every other game. If not for Scal and Eddie they'd be buried. Left too much on the floor in Chi-town?

i love the celtics but i get really tired of seeing them half ass it in big games where they could take the series by the throat...just p---es me off after getting home court back...it is like this team needs a do or die situation inorder to play inspired...

Wow what a horrid egg laid by the Celts this first half. Uninspired , heavy footed, lazy BB.

We've seen two worse first halves in this series alone.  Orlando isn't playing well.  If we buckle down we are fine. Sorry for the big "if."

Pierce is going to have to go goofy in the second half...He's the only one creating any offense.

A few bright spots

- Eddie hit a couple of jumpers
- we're not in foul trouble
- the lead is just 8 despite a bucket full of suckage from the C's
Yup

There isn't an ounce of attack in anyone on the offensive end. Defensively, 45 points isn't bad.

But there's nothing happening in the halfcourt. No one attacking the rim. Soft screens. Not an offensive rebound to be had. Weak, weak half with the basketball by Rondo.

No urgency. No aggression with the basketball whatsoever. Very, very Laker-like soft offensive approach.

The Where Amazing Happens commercial with Bird's steal is truly, well, amazing.

Exactly, why don't we play more with PP, he has the hot hand atm... [dang], this isn't looking good!!

  • Be the posts you wish to see in the world.
When did Rondo become allergic to paint?  And running after defensive rebounds?

For the life of me, I have no idea where Kenny Smith comes up with "Rondo's pushing the tempo."

He isn't pushing squat. Beyond rebounding, I don't like much of anything he's doing.
