Perktonite?

He has truly been incredible defensively. Dwight's got two moves going for him in this series. One is the sweeping hook across the lane. The other is a counter off that where he goes across the lane then spins back for a jump hook.

Perk bodies him on the first, pushing him away from the lane, and he doesnt go for up fakes on the second, forcing D-Howard to shoot a contested hook over someone as tall as him.

It's so much fun to watch Perk grow defensively (and as an all-around player too I should add)

Yet Howard still manages to get 23 points and 17 boards.

yet his team shoots an atrocious percentage from 3pt because we didn't have to double, thus leaving us free to contest, and it took howard a high number of shots to get an inefficent 23 points....

Are you incapable of giving anyone on the opposing team credit? He shot 8 of 14, not exactly an awful night.

what does that have to do with what happened in reality?

good for him, he had a swell night. but he got played one on one.

his teams ENTIRE OFFENSE revolves around him causing enough havok to warrent a double team. Thats why they play 3 pt shooters.

LAst night, he didn't play well enough to demand a double team. his shooters got run off the line all night. thus, im very happy with how perk played him...whats hard to understand about that?

What's hard to understand about me just giving the guy props for still being able to produce highly even with the amount of defensive pressure we put on him?

ive said he had a good game 3 times now, what do you need me to do? change history so that he was even better and the magic won?

He played a good game, but the man typicaly has games where he goes of for 30 and 15 against double teams. this was not a great game by him, and i think he would be the first to admit that.
