Two huge jump shots, plus he takes out a fan on the sidelines celebrating after the final one.  Go BBD!

LOL yeah he knocked off the kid's hat.

It's funny that if Baby misses that last shot, there would have been 5 threads asking why he's taking the last shot.

This is the happiest day of Glen Davis's life.

That was awesome.

RMF of course means "random magic fan".

That kid is going to be traumatized. He watched a big baby beat his team at the buzzer in the playoffs, only to be shoved afterwards.

Honestly it's fine to call the guy Big Baby but everyone also doesn't really respect the guy.  Hopefully they will soon because this wasn't BS or anything.  He's a player and he can hit shots.

Honestly maybe we don't really want people to respect Davis because he'll be open on those screen and pops all day.

I missed the kid part, I was too amazed by the buzzer!

Dunno who said that Big Baby lost 2M$ on his contract after missing easy layups in game 3 but I can tell you his value has skyrocketed after this shot (and this game)!

if that shot missed, people would be calling for doc to be fired, davis to be benched at the end of games, pierce to be shot for passing, etc...

Think KG will get off his back now?  I swear BBD must have nightmares--but I loved his postgame about playin' Celtics ball.  Even if they aren't quite, I know we are all hoping to see it.   ;)  Thanks Mr. Davis!

I sure as hell would not have been.

1) Davis hit a big shot just before that

2) Although he did have a good game today, Pierce hasn't been playing well in these playoffs and I really would rather not see him taking the last shot.  Ray's my #1 option, Pierce OPEN is certainly #2, but if he's not open give it up to Big Baby all day.

Bird
Jordan
Baby

In that order...
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

I am not saying the responses would have been rational.  quite the contrary actually.

I love the ice water this kid has in his veins during big games and big moments. You can be a player in this league for a ten year career and not come up big in big game situations even once and yet he seems to come up big at big times a lot and is only finishing his second year. That's pretty cool.

Honestly, the better jump shooting is only half of the positive created by BBD practicing during the offseason.  Now, he's actually looking for his shot and has the confidence to take it when its open.  That confidence comes from practice as much as it does from success.
