I'd kinda like to know when this ballclub is going to figure out that they cannot win without 48 minutes of top-notch effort. The two first halves in one and three are just inexcusable.

We knew it last year.  I love my guys, but the up and down play this year is giving me heartburn.  We weren't bringing it even before the injuries.

Lol... our defense is ghastly.  I'm turning this one off.   See ya guys in a couple days.

60% shooting on wide open shot after wide open shot.  Boston needs to go back to the drawing board.

On the other hand, when the game gets close, we stop getting calls, and every time the Magic drive to the basket, it's a foul.

Yep -- as I said earlier. Every time the Celtics lose it is the refs' fault. In fact, the refs made Perk elbow Pietrus in the thorat.  ::)

Yeah, and only Celtic fans say that?

Or what´s your point?

My point is that in most games the refs make bad calls both ways and do not impact the outcome. Like tonight. That is all.

Looks like the C's just ran out of steam. Paul whenever you want to wake up and start playing we can move on beyond this mediocre team, until then get used to this.

This incessant whining about officials - on a night when the Celtics weren't ready to play AGAIN and have been dominated in all phases of the game - is really tiresome.

We haven't gotten CLOSE to playing well enough to win this game. The defense has been terrible. Rondo has been bad - again. Davis hasn't done anything, Ray has been off.

Quit whining. The best team on the floor is winning this game tonight. And it isn't the Celtics.
Coined the CelticsBlog term, "Euromistake."

But at least we got home court!

(sorry, just had to throw that in there)

Not looking good for tonight.  I would still like to see a run to remind the Magic who they are playing.

They need to finish strong, can't let wide open shots without even closing.
Ray just watched that last one go through the net with out even taking one step towards the shooter.

You're so funny. That rolling eyes smiley gets me every time. Ha ha ha. You should be writing for The Office with that biting sarcastic wit. We heard you the first two times, stop being an NBA apologist.

But you blame the refs, yet Pierce has now been to the line 14 times. You guys gotta realize that the C's did not come to play for much of the game tonight. And, that offensive foul they just gave to the C's was a bad call for Orlando. Take off your green colored glasses once and awhile.

You just seem to go way over board trying to not be bias towards the celtics. It's almost like any time someone complains about a call you try and justify it

Hey -- Magic only shooting 59 percent. Hopefully the C's can hold them to under 120. If Perk is suspended, only chance they have next game is if Garnett plays. If not, Orlando will blow the C's out of the building next game. This small lineup is really now working Doc. Sorry.

I'm beginning to feel like we go as baby goes... when he doesn't make baskets, doesn't rebound, doesn't pass the ball, doesn't do anything but pick up fouls - we lose.

i said it in the last game thread, and im gonna say it again in this one.

I think this is gonna be a series of blowouts.  Hopefully, in game 4 we can do what Orlando did in their series against Philadelphis and man up when their big man got suspended.
