I doubt it.
IF you suspend ron for jawing at kobe, then you have to suspend kobe for his blatant elbow to the throat that touched off the whole incident and wasen't even called for a foul.
Since kobe is a superstar, I imagine the NBA will try to sweep that under the rug as soon as possable (kudo's to the NBA if im wrong, no question kobe SHOULD be suspended.)
it will be an intersting day. alston deserve's a suspension, by the "zero tolerance" policy they are setting, but if you do suspend him (i expect they will) you HAVE to suspend bryant. his was much worse and could have seriosly injured arrtest.
The only way i can see them trying to save kobe and keep with the elbow precedent they just set on howard is to say it was "incidental" which would look preposterus.
