Just a theory, and I realize it's probably a stupid one. But it seems like the Orlando Magic have some sort of problem when it comes to holding on to big leads. It happened twice against philly in the first round, once against the C's in the playoffs (already) and once more during the season. So, maybe it's not so bad the were down 1-0 right here. It may look like the pressure is on the Celtics, but I say if the they can win the next game the pressure is back on orlando to try to win 2 straight at home so they can maintain HCA.
On a side note, I would like to add that I was at the game, and just want to say that it really was a great exerience to ALMOST be a part of a historic comeback. I was seriosly ready to go crazy if Ray hit that 3 towards the end. Really too bad we came up short...
Also, was it just the factor of being at the game and emotionally reacting with the fans that led me to believe that the refs were horrible in the favor of the magic? It seems like we got a lot of bad calls on our part, but then again the crowd thinks every call is a bad one.
Finally, someone please tell me what was going through Pierce/Doc/Celtics minds when they were down 4 points with 35 seconds to go, and Pierce is running the clock down as if its a tied game? I know he probably got fouled on that play, but COME ON, why did he wait sooooo long?
