Game 1 against the Celtics is finally here. It seems like forever since I’ve played a game because of having to miss out on Game 6. But I’m rested and hungry and ready to go tonight in Beantown. We need to jump on these guys from the start we’re glad we’re playing them. We want to win that championship this year and what better way to get there than to beat the defending champs? We know we can beat these guys ‘cause we did it in the regular season twice.

I'd hope he has confidence, he's a professional athlete...if he came out and said, I don't think we can beat them, can't wait to hit the links in my superman underoos - that'd be newsworthy

Um, ok Dwight. Nothing worse than a dirty player who tries to play himself off as squeaky clean. If you're a dirty player at least own it, like Laimbeer, Rodman and mahorn used to do.

Howard doesn't just try to get away with the usual bumps and shoves and hips. He's actually dangerous out there at times. He nearly took Rondo's head off last year with a closed fist and the kind of elbow he threw at Dalembert has no place in the game.

He's a very good player but he's a bum.
