In 25 years of watching the NBA I have seen this happen so many times it's not even funny. They say the player is "day to day" or "questionable" and then they go out and kill the other team. I hope this time there is some element of truth to it. Nothing against Ben Gordon but we could use a little advantage considering our injury status.

sounds like an excuse for the scorching Ray Allen is going to give him tonight. Gordon doesn't want to play any d, so he might as well make an excuse beforehand for not playing any d
