So who was the Celtic's MVP of the Game?

I can't decide.  In the begining Rondo was the only one who could score.  But Perk man handled the Bulls bigs.  And what about PP, he steped up and hit some monster clutch shots in the 4th and OT.

I guess they all deserve TP and MVP for this game.

The poll should be up shortly thx to one of our faithful mods.

Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Hooray, 300.
Congrats, Chief.
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

Want a good reason why people need to stop putting so much stock into the PER stat??

Kendrick Perkins tonight had 16 points on 7-13 shooting, with 19 boards, 7 blocks, and 2 TO's.  His PER was -2.

Unsung no longer.  I'm renaming my son Kendrick!  Or maybe I'll get him a Perkins poster . . .

Kudos to the Mastodon nickname for Perk. I like it.

Side note is Brad Miller a FA in the off-season?

No, he's got another year.  I wouldn't mind him in green, though.
Celtics fan for life.

i hate the fact that, after another incredible game (this is easily the best 1st round series ever, and i honestly think it could give any postseason series a run for its money...5 games, 3 in OT, one other decided in the last 3 seconds...insane), all i'm thinking about is the refs. i absolutely cannot believe the last 2 fouls on ray allen. he's not a rookie, he's a HOF player. you do not call touch fouls in game 5 in boston on him to foul him out when you don't call the same fouls on guys like john salmons, rookie derrick rose, and one-trick-pony (admittedly, he's good at it) ben gordon.

His +/- was -2, not his PER - they aren't the same thing.  With that said, your point remains correct - +/- is not a good indicator of a player's effectiveness on the court.

Proof that +/-  is bs.

A bit off topic, but Brad Miller looked like he was seeing stars in the post game press conference.
