  • TRANSFORMATION INTO CHAMPION COMPLETE!!!
Rondo was great and so was Paul, but I am gonna go ahead and say it, the reason why the C's won this game, Kendrick "The Mastodon" Perkins!

It's 5.15 a.m here in Greece and I'm sure I can't sleep right now...
I need at least a couple of hours to realize what happened today...
I need at least a year to realize what is happening with this series...

Goodnight everybody, I hope we'll finish them off in Chicago, I can't stand these clowns playing their heart off just to eliminate us and get swept next round...
"Life has so many hurdles. Some of them I've hopped over, some of them I've tripped over. The key is to get back up and finish the race."- Paul Pierce

And he did finish...

first..i will take my flogging for giving up. i deserve it...gotta start thinking with my heart not head...i will take it like a man

second...those that said the other day PP wasn't clutch need to look no further than what he did from 6 minutes on. i still think he is tired and injured but he put this team on his back

finally...officials almost blew the game by not getting gordon out of bounds BEFORE the allen foul...that and ray fouling out was just bad

ben gordon needs to go back to the playground...unreal

my heart is still on the floor and this series has taken 5 years off my life...heres to getting the gutty bulls out of the playoffs in game 6..i cant take a game 7

One of the greatest games I have ever seen. The Drama better than any movie you can watch. Ray fouling out was pathetic.
David Stern is very happy tonight. What a Series. Wow.

On a totally random note, NBA.com has a great pic of Rajon on the front page.

I can't do it.  I am still mad at the NBA corporation for fielding the quality of refs they field.

Hey man, you've hung in there during some hard to watch games this year.  No flogging necessary.

Great come back for Perk. He couldn't even play 20 min. last season. He is truly a manly beastly ogre of a Perk.

One of the greatest games I have ever seen.

Yeah, it was good. But I would take at least a couple of those 2008 NBA Finals games over tonight's game.

Kudos to the Mastodon nickname for Perk. I like it.

Side note is Brad Miller a FA in the off-season?

So who was the Celtic's MVP of the Game?

I can't decide.  In the begining Rondo was the only one who could score.  But Perk man handled the Bulls bigs.  And what about PP, he steped up and hit some monster clutch shots in the 4th and OT.

I guess they all deserve TP and MVP for this game.
