Mark my words. I've just watched the postgame interviews of the Celtics, and I had never seen Ray Allen so mad before, he almost doesn't answer to the reporters. Rajon and Perkins seem really angry too, and I expect the whole team to react and give a lesson to the Bulls, who now think again that they can get beat the Celtics (blogabull goes in the same direction : "But more important than a late-game play here or there going either way is the fact that we have 3 out of 4 games being razor-close. The blowout was the anomaly, and the Bulls are still in this series.").

In my opinion, the two teams missed a lot of plays at the end of the games but the Celtics really didn't play as well as they did during game 3, mostly because of Pierce's mistakes and one on one plays. The blowout wasn't the anomaly, the two overtime games losses are anomalies.

The Celtics look stunned after the overtime defeat in game 1 but now, if you check the postgame interviews on celtics.com, I'm sure you'll agree that they are mad after themselves and that they'll bring their A+ game Tuesday. Hopefully my prediction will come true again.

I doubt it. If we play celtics defense we will win but if we play like we did in games 1,2,4 it will be very close.

It also wouldn`t hurt if Pierce started playing a little better. He looks like the worst player in the starting 5 at the moment...

Pierce does look like crap.
But I expect Big Baby will bounce back and Ray will go for close to 30.

Bright side of this series:

We won an away game.

That seemed impossible last year.

We also lost a home game, which we didn't do last year.

We're killing them in net points (which is important if the series ends in a tie)  ;)

I'll take a win any way it comes tomorrow.

Yes they did... Game 2 against Detroit.  But I get what you mean.

Yeh I kinda should have rephrased my post a lil'.

Point was that we're improving in certain areas too. We're Garnettless and still winning playoff games.

That's a good thing.

And for now, I'm still feeling the good vibes more than the bad ones.

That's special - the problem is that the current group of Celtics just isn't good enough to blow Chicago out without Chicago giving them a huge assist.

The Bulls were nervous and lacked execution in game 3. They regained their composure in game 4 and it was back to the same results.

Boston CAN'T get separation from the Bulls and will once again rely on outscoring the other team - lets hope that's enough to win because Chicago doesn't look too impressed with the Celtics....and neither do I...

TP for your sense of humor. I am disappointed in the results of yesterdays game but there were positives to take away. I have confidence in the younger players.

Well, this time my prediction didn't come true but the Celtics still got the win and the 3-2 lead so I'm fine with it. ;D
