This is my pet peeve. The plus is that we start up pretty much up every quarter.  But some how lose that lead in the beginning 3-4 minutes the following quarter. Some of it has to do with the bench not doing an effective job extending that lead, but it could also be the lineups.

2nd quarter- up 1 point.  three minutes in down 7
3rd quarter- up 1 point.  two minutes in down 5
4th quarter- up 5 points. three minutes in down 2

that is -8 -6 -7= -21 in a span of 8 minutes. Then we scrap our way at the end of just to make this a close game. If we can only start out protecting our lead and extending Chicago would've been swept by now. Doc has to recognize this and make the right adjustments.

losing the 4th quarter lead was a disgrace....i thought that was it for the bulls...i expected boston come out and build it up...but they gave it away....

Doc preached so much last season about coming out to win the 4th quarter yet i dont think we have outscored the bulls once in the 4th quarter in this series. Possibly a sign of fatigue?
