  Ever hear this guy talk, he is like a ooompah-looompah......He is sort of kooky too, probably a nice guy....no wonder Dallas was lost those years, The Cuban and Avery.......yeeeowww

He was a good guard...but don't think they respected him....he lead them no where, and that team still needs a leader!!!!

I actually heard it was the opposite.  He tried to lead them so much he turned into a control freak that didnt let his players play to their strengths (see devin harris).  I would mention Jason Kidds negtive comments about him but he complains about every coach anyway.
