Because it's probably going to be true.  I don't get mad at the thought of Kobe vs. LeBron finals just because I hate those two teams, but because it's what everybody in the media and most NBA fans seem to want.  It's infuriating.

The media and most NBA fans wanted to see a Laker-Celtic finals last year. No reason to get angry over it.

Just out of curiosity, what do you think the media and fans should want?  For right or wrong Kobe and LeBron are far and away the two most popular players in the league, and wanting to see them duke it out is a natural response for fans of either, and neutral followers of the league generally.  Was it wrong for most fans to want to see Magic and Larry in the Finals every year?

Wanna know what makes me angry:

"The Bulls could've easily walked out of Boston up 2-0"

I've been hearing/reading this all day...but the truth is EITHER team could've easily walked out of Boston up 2-0. Im not sayin splitting the first two games on the road against the defending champs isn't a victory for the Bulls, but if Pierce makes both free throws at the end of regulation in game 1 (like he usually does), we're up 2-0. I mean lets get some balance here.

Just because there's nothing wrong with them wanting the Finals to be a showdown between the two best players doesn't mean I have to like it.  I don't like feeling like everybody gets their way if my team does badly and the two favored teams get everything that is expected of them.

from what people said about the celtics last year we were not suppose to have a good year "it would take us time to gel"

i dont like the pumpin up of james and kobe so early in the runnin...id like to think we still got anotha ring in us..even with out kg

 how many haters would we shut up if we make it that far again?
