why do the bulls get us on touch fouls, but we don't get them the other way? rose touched rondo...shouldn't be a foul in most cases, but chicago has gotten those on us so far.

That's the thing.  I don't have a problem not calling a foul on Rose -- Rondo was pretty obviously trying to draw contact, and Rose did a good job contesting the shot while avoiding contact -- but Rose is getting those exact calls on the other end.

The fact that Rondo is still on the bench (rather than the locker room) is a good sign.

as far as that call goes independent of how the game is being called that play should not be called a foul. the ref's have just been bizarre for both sides and inconsistent. heinrich has 4 at least 2 that should have been no calls. same for baby/perk (i.e. some touch fouls that shouldnt have been called)

Bulls have take 2x as many (20Bs-10Cs) and made more than three times as many (17Bs-5Cs, all from Rondo).

the no-calls on chicago are fine - they shouldn't be called. but they're calling those on us on the other end. horribly called game thus far for that reason.
