Exactly like last year. I'm praying he doesn't get in that same slump, he's missing badly to the right ot left. Fumbling the ball and turning it over. Bad game or slump?

Haha.  Yes, I think pretty much all of us noticed. ;)

I'm assuming that it's just a bad game.  We can't afford a slump.

How could anybody not notice?

We should have just put Tony Allen in at the end of this game...probably would have had a better chance to score.

If Ray goes into another slump this year, we're toast.  We only managed last year because we had Garnett.  If only 1 of the Big 3 is playing and playing well...forget it.

Horrible game by Ray. We're toast if this keeps up. :'(

The answer to the following question:

"Will the Celtics' confidence be noticeably hurt by the news that Garnett will most likely be out for the playoffs?"

Was answered today with an emphatic: "Yes!"

The worst part is, if Ray had hit maybe
one or two more shots, the game would be
ours. Tough luck. He'll be back, though...

What makes me more mad about it is the fact that he did this last postseason in the first rounds....I am extremly, extremly dissaponited in his performace

You have every right to be.

But, a player of Ray's caliber
will have days like these.
Remember what Larry Bird said:
"I'll just keep shooting. Sooner or
later it's going to start going in."

Ray may still win this series for us.

Somebody answer this question for me:

If anybody else had gone 1-12 over the course of the game, would they have even been in during overtime?  Would they have even been a part of a last-second make-it-or-lose play?

I'm almost certain the answer would be no.  I'd rather have had Tony Allen or even Marbury in at that point.  I think Doc has some questions to answer in this regard too.

Maybe if he didn't miss a wide open dunk we could have won.
