Now we will almost certainly lose BBD or Leon.

After the sick numbers the two put up in the Post Season we won't be able to afford both.

Thats the long term problem to no KG in the playoffs this year.

The short term problem is we can't beat Cleveland or L.A

Good problem to have if you ask me.

And you never know, keeping the cap space might be more attractive to the teams with the ability to offer such deals.

Let's worry about that when we have to.  The C's have the right to match any offer to either of these guys, which will definitely slow teams down from throwing cash at them, as will the economy.

If the C's believe they are as good as they have been looking, then I am starting to think they may actually hold onto them.  This summer is going to be a buyers market, and it is going to be really tough for any UFA's to cash in, let alone RFA's.  I would not be surprised if both guys agents decide they are better off taking a reasonable short term contract with the C's, and trying again in a couple years, than playing the offer sheet game.

Yup, as D Dub said...this is good problem to have.

2 players who need to step up who have every reason to step up...if we lose one next year, so be it
