No Perk I am mad
No KG as No. 1 I am mad, camby is one center and no good defending PFs
No PP I am desilusionated and disagree but i understand the rest

i agree with Rondo but rest of the universe will be mad and say its CP3

but hey this guys job is to create a little controversy

p.s. I love to see Andre Miller make the honorary mention
Did I ever told u I want him as backup PG for the Cs.

  • TRANSFORMATION INTO CHAMPION COMPLETE!!!
Nice to see, but that's probably not the way it will go down in reality.

Camby as a power forward is a cop out, but it is the position he played for the Clippers this season.

agreed, i think the most rondo can reach for is second. CP3 has to much star power.

also, having AI as the second best SF defender is a joke. He is a good defender, but his team gets smoked on defense. IF the argument he makes against kobe is that he isn't as good as he looks (though he does say he's very good) because o fhis help, how can AI's team getting smoked not count against him while paul's hurts?

Celtics defense is their trademark. KG has missed too many games (otherwise he'd be there), so the logical replacement would be Rondo, since many opposing scouts/coaches have said he is the one that leads our defense.

again, not "sexy" enough around the league IMO.

I think he will get the nod as the two, but with no MVP talk for CP3 and his numbers up, i'd be pleasantly shocked if rondo gets first team over him.

How to put Iggy on that list the night after he lets Paul shoot 12-16 and score as many points as minutes played.  And then Paul proceeds to completely shut him down with game on the line.  What a joke.

And I love Camby and all, but doesn't he play for the team that gave up 140 to PHX on consecutive nights?  You shouldn't be considered for All NBA anything if your team can't win at least 20 games.

And you gotta love Cleveland getting a bench player in there in front of Perk.  Somebody should ask Yao what center he has the most problems with and I guarantee Perk is at the top of the list.  Even taking off my green glasses, Perk is only behind Howard defensively at his position.  How'd ya'll think we won 60 games with our DPOY out for half the season??

BSPN's love affair with Cleveland is nauseating.

Good to see Rondo being acknowledged. I think Pierce belongs in there too.
Excluding Perk is just criminally negligent. He's one of the best defensive centers in the league if not the best. The man is just a in the paint. With KG out, the Celtics have remained one of the top defenses and looking at the boxscore without watching the games really underrates Perk's contributions to that.
Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

You are exactly right about "excluding Perk is criminally negligent". Perk is the best low post defensive player in the game. The great thing is, he will prove it in the next few weeks when we face Orlando and Perk stops Howard, night in and night out.

Perk can't "stop" Howard, well rather he won't stop Howard from getting his numbers. Howard will get plenty of those from put backs and defensive boards. But I am confident Perkins won't allow Howard to get his post game going.

HE doesn't stop him, but he does frustrate him. Perk and Shaq might be the only two centers that can go strength for strength with Howard.

And that's all you can hope for.  On a larger scale, Russell never stopped Chamberlain, but he made his life difficult enough so the C's won games.  That's what Perk has done and will do against Howard.

howard has come out in the media and said that shaq and perk are the most troublesome centers he faces.
