I think The Thunder becuase their best player won't have to expend all his energy to guard Kobe Bryant. (hell by the time this happens they could have to guard Brandon Roy)

Memphis will be less of a mess when they get a new coach. They also need to figure out if Rudy and OJ can play together, but that'll take some time.
