and the league is in trouble. We finally have a formidable bench, and the best starting 5 in the league. Glad that Ainge stuck with the plan and avoided making ill-advised trade. We couldn't afford losing our core guys off the bench. Baring a disaster or an injury, our chances of repeating just sky rocketed with the improvement of our bench. Even Moore is already playing championship basketball, not really but he has improved. Just needs to stop giving up layups, just foul hard & make them earn it from the line. With a healthy roster, this years bench is 10X better than last year's. I'm excited, R U?

Are you ready for the playoffs?

Good post, Tommy point for that.

And I agree. Look, we've been decimated all season with injuries. We've been playing without 5 rotation guys sometimes. We've been without KG for nearly 1/3 of the season and we're 3 games back of LA and 4 games back of Cleveland. Yes, the Lakers lost Bynum and The cavs delonte for a bit, Wallace for a bit and Z for it bit...but these guys are not Kevin Garnett.

If KG comes back 100% healthy, and Powe as well. We are one deep, deep team.

I relly like Moore. He is not PJ and does not bring the same toughness on D. But he's a better scorer, plays with alot of energy on D and seems like a great team guy.

Marbury is starting to get it going and he just really sures up that second unit big time.

Last year we went inot the playoffs with the weight of thee world on our shoulders with all the expectations and having never played together in the playoffs. Tremendous pressure...would they "choke", would they fail? You could see as the playoffs went on and they found confidence in themsleves they started clobbering teams.

This year...all that's gone. They've been there and know they can do it. I don't expect to see any collapses like we saw against Atlanta. They'll have the lights on from game one.

It wouldn't suprise me to see us win as follows:

Round 1: 4-1 or 4-2
Round 2: 4-1 or 4-2 over Orlando
Conference finals: 4-2 over Cleveland even with the Cavs having homecourt.

same in the finals

This year i feel like we have to win. The Spurs arent going to do it and neither are the Magic, and seeing Kobe or LeBron win it would make me sick to my stomach.
