of course part of me was wondering when I opened it up if it was going to be about Robert Swift

He needs to join Antoine in the legendary 2 time Celtics club.
Don't forget Eric Williams, Tony Delk, et al.

was Delk a Celtic twice?  my brain must be going

this is a fun trivia question (that I don't have an answer for)

who else fits that category (maybe limit it to the 80's and on) of being on the Celtics twice (non-consecutively)

I just cleaned out half of my apartment and made that bed that has been empty for that long, long month and a half. Just fired the e-mail off to Wyc letting him know about this, although I'm sure Corinne let him know as soon as he woke up.

It's pretty much a done deal, since a practice squad Will Sol is better than an 80% Leon.

I knew this was about Will.

He was the saviour of this torrid season, losing him was the most painful experience in years. Now, I can only hope and pray that he comes back home.

Maybe it's just me, but I hated it when Will Solomon was here.  I thought it was time for him to go.

Reading this post got me so angry, just so dam* angry that I wanted to lash out at Stu --- but then I thought:  WWWSD

Stu, I am glad you shared your thoughts.  I feel as if Will wants me to extend a TP to you.
sometimes you have to bite your lip, exhale and move on.  So, I have.

Game 7. The boys all know the score. No escape. No surrender. No mercy. We got to dunk on every last rat **** one of them, every last Laker. Not for revenge. Not because they deserve it. Not because it'll make the Garden a better place. We need a heap of posterized bodies so when the mob boss, Buss, looks over his charts of profits and losses, he'll see what it cost him to mess with the boys of Bean Town.

Will Solomon at my side is shouting and laughing with the pure, hateful, bloodthirsty joy of the slaughter. And so am I. The fire, baby. It'll burn us both. There's no place in this world for our kind of fire. My warrior prince. My Will. You'll always be mine. Always. And never.

whooo!!! anything is possibleeeeeeee!!!!!

The NBA "Where Will Solomon Happens"

Now the one thing I don't like is the Kings obviously waited until after the playoff eligibility deadline to release him, which means we can't use him in the playoffs.  This was clearly on purpose as they knew letting him go earlier would put a team "over the top".  I bet Cleveland has a special deal in place so they'd do this and they make a soft deal on draft day to pay back the Kings for not giving us the guy who would give us a true Big 5... On the Mount Rushmore of Boston Basketball, you know its Bird, Russell, Pierce and Solomon

TP now, and again later. Will truly brings out the best in all of us.

He always did.
"Let me call him," Floyd said.

The man shook his head. "O.J. doesn't give out his cell," he said. "He'll call you."

Wow. I started this thread and it has been read 939 times, but I've only received one TP. That must be a record for futility. Will Solomon, a man of high hopes, yet big letdowns :(
