magic down 10 with 40 seconds to play..magic fouling every time now

Yeah I wanted to watch the last couple of minutes but its taking forever. Rockets need to make their free throws and put them to bed.
Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

Good day so far:
1. Red Sox win home opener against Tampa Bay
2. Orlando loses to Houston
3. I had two great pints of Black Butte Porter  ;D

Still worried about the 2 seed?

You know we are probably going to have to win in cleveland and LA tp repeat? why not start in orlando?

Cant give it back ? sure, sure they can....they could lose these meangingless games coming up...and lose it...no big deal

Well, it wouldn't hurt if we have homecourt advantage until the Conference Finals. The hurt players can get more easily into the rotations (Allen, Powe, Scal...and of course KG). Facing the Magic without hca would be a little harder.

In any case, the important thing is that the team is healthy, and if that means that we lose a couple games in regular season for not playing these injured guys, then let's go for it ;)

I dont see how the hurt players can get into the rotations easier with 1 less game at home....and it really shouldnt matter where we face orlando, there as good a road team as they are home team (unlike cleveland)

And yes, all that matter is health, and Ill take the 2nd seed if orlando pretty much hands it over, but Im not exactly wanting the celtics to go balls to the walls to mantain it, these games are meaningless, as should be 2nd seed in the east

Thanks Rockets, now the Celtics just have to take care of some very winnable games while getting rested and healthy.

Well since we have the tie-breaker currently and are a game up in the loss column we should hold onto the 2nd seed. We'll see how it goes.

I agree -- thank you Rockets.  From here on out, though, the Cs have the tougher schedule than the Magic.  I could see Rockets Magic winning out and Cs losing two of the next five games (Cleveland, and one of Miami or Philly).  We'll just see how it goes...

It could definitely happen. But despite the tougher schedule I'd rather be up a game with the tie-breaker all things considered.
