Yeah, Randolph is in that "Mike Tyson zone", where I'd believe just about anything reported about the guy.

As I say in every thread like this, it shocks me that multi-millionaires can't hire a driver / bodyguard to go out with them.  There's no excuse for it.

It doesn't appear that he had prostitutes in the car.  That's an improvement over his Portland days.

He's my least favorite player in this league, and this does nothing to alter that opinion.

By far the best bad player in the NBA, and a complete mental failure.

What was that quote from Randolph's HS coach Simmons used to trot out all the time?  Something like "Every day when I open the paper and I don't see Zach's shot or in jail, it's a good day"?  Now that's an endorsement!

PS THUMPER!!! Welcome back!

Should have hired the Vin Baker escort services to take him home. Or he should have walked across the street to Denny's for a 3 AM breakfast to sober up with Oliver Miller.

Here's the real question... Does the acquisition of Zach Randolph improve or weaken the All-DUI team? Does he even make the roster?

Gabe Pruitt
Zach Randolph
Melo Anthony
Jason Richardson
Charles Barkley
Norm Nixon
Antoine Walker
Stephon Marbury
Manute Bol
J.J. Redick
Vin and Tonic
Oliver Miller
James Posey

I think I'm missing guys too... Here's a starting lineup of those who have been in lineups.

PG: Marbury (Nixon)
SG: Richardson (Redick) (Pruitt)
SF: Anthony (Posey) (Walker)
PF: Barkley (Randolph)
C: Bol (Baker) (Miller)

They need more size, and a backup SF. Also, hopefully they defend better in court then they would on the floor. Ouch.

EDIT: Thanks to Roy, the SF acquisition is none other then James Posey, about the best backup 3 we could hope for. Huge addition from a defensive perspective.

"Let me call him," Floyd said.

The man shook his head. "O.J. doesn't give out his cell," he said. "He'll call you."
