Every year star players are rested and end up hurting their fantasy teams down the stretch. This year it appears Lebron, Mo Williams, Gasol and Kobe owners will be affected the most. Thoughts? am I missing anyone?

I had to cut KG  :'( :'( :'(


Sadly, my roto season relied on Camby & KG to pull me through.  I knew Camby was a risky proposition, but he was my best bet for blocks.  I'm in 3rd now, but I think I can sneak into 2nd - which will mean about a hundred dollar difference from 3rd (which wouldn't suck)

Every year this is something that our league always goes through and we get mad.  It dilutes an exciting finals.  This year, we have cut the league short.  Right now we are in the last week, finals week, ending in April 5th.  We are having the highest rating finals ever in our 6 year league (and by that I mean other owners are still checking the site) and the almost all categories are at the highest level.

I think we all benefit that there arent as many teams blatantly tanking like two years ago for the Durant/Oden sweepstakes.  All I know is we got the most exciting finals ever and I right now, my team, STG AssMonkey is winning on a close matchup.

PS. Some newcomers that will help- Leandro Barbosa comes back today, Mike Miller is starting again, Jamal Crawford is back, then any starting PF that might not get you all star numbers, but the steals and blocks.

T-mac. Yea I know, I'm an idiot for picking him in the first place. Anyway, as someone else mentioned, ending fantasy league playoffs earlier helps all around by missing most of the tanking and/or resting.

This thread is maybe a good place to include "Players who will help their fantasy teams down the stretch."  Undervalued players on teams in the playoff hunt or backups getting increased minutes while starters on good teams are rested .
