Part two, then...if not...then why not have scoped ( assuming six weeks ) and take your chances we could get through the first round without him and roll the dice on having him healthy for rounds 2-3 and beyond...?
alot of specualtion I know, but not much else to talk about right now.
well, but the scope doesnt really do anything if a surgery situation is found. The most you can go in and do is clean up some loose tissue, but that inflames the joint, and your probley talking a month or two after that, and if they find loose tissue they are going to want to find wear it came from, which likely means an operation.
This is one sports injury i can speak on, i tweaked my knee in the 3rd game of junior year playing football, and while it wasent "right" i played on it until the end of the season, and had it scoped. they found a partial tear and i had to go under the knife.
when i say right, it didnt hurt so much as not give me the drive i thought it would at times, feel "loose", and generally feel awkward.
I think they know he will probley need minor surgery and its more than a strain. i doubt its a major surgery, or they wouldn't be risking him (my tear had a very low chance of being completely torn by continuing to play, it was very small), but to really fix it and give him 100% of his strength in the leg back, your talking the next 2 months probabley, to heal up and get back to being able to work out?
I think they would rather try to get what they can out of him and try to make a run. A 85% KG is better than a inactive KG.
