Well that was fun.  And by fun I mean intriguing.  And by intriguing I mean it was like watching a train wreck.  And by "it was like watching a train wreck" I really mean that I expect a much better second half.

New Jersey is playing the Cavs close...only a 1 point Cavs lead with 5 minutes left.

boston is going have their hands full with anyone...i don't believe they can just flip the switch. Doc needs to let KG play some more minutes

If KG and Dwight Howard were ever on the same team, how often would KG make Howard cry?  I'm thinking at least once a week.  Possibly once a game.

...i expect orlando to try to knock boston out this half. orlando has the 3's falling...boston can't hit the broad side of a barn right now....the C's didn't really come ready to play and the second unit didn't give them much again tonight

its not so much a switch as injuries.

if were healthy at the key positions (right now thats KG and leon with a dash of TA i guess, since marbury doesn't look ready) i fear no one, and i think only orlando and Cleveland are in our league.

the question is, will guys be all the way back in less than a month?

  • Doc could learn a thing or two from Norman Dale
Howard with Perk in the game: 2-for-5, 5 points, 5 rebounds (0 offensive), 2 turnovers

Howard with Perk on the bench: 4-for-4, 8 points, 7 rebounds (3 offensive) 0 turnovers

The whole idea of fighting for 2nd place is kind of a joke...ugh this game is annoying, unless the celtics just flip a switch in the 2nd half (they havent shown that ability like they had last year) then i just dont see any urgency from them...and it just isnt very enjoying to watch

It is halftime which means anything can still happen.

i think the opposite. Perk was just as whiney as DH ( he's still a whiner, much as i love him) but KG gave him a mean streak.

I don't think DH would shrink with KG on his team, i think he'd be a monster.

it is halftime but with limited KG time...perk in foul trouble and baby playing the entire half almost...it is going to be tough...defense is just not getting it done
