  • Doc could learn a thing or two from Norman Dale
Kendrick Perkins had a new career high with 26 points today, to go along with 12 rebounds.  Congrats, Perk!  Great effort.

Great, woopie. Perk would be the first to tell you, "Hey, man, we lost the game."

That's all that matters on a championship team.  Perk was the only person playing like a champion out there today.  But congratulations?  No.

Mikki Moore played well, too.

Congrats to Perkins, he is often overlooked by the opponents but he is a strong presence in the paint and his offensive game keeps progressing!

However, he had brick hands just like the rest of them.  We're sorry we woke you guys up from your naps for the game today.  Thanks for wasting 2.5 hours of my life.

And by the way, Perk...tell your buddy Rondo that this lob pass crap he keeps doing to you in the middle of the freakin' lane isn't working.

Man, I'm glad Doc is cooler headed than me.  I would have been up in Rondo's jiblies for some of the lazy passes he made and "Captain Turnover" (aka Pierce) would have been next.  This is rec ball stuff guys.  EXPLETIVE!!!!

Didn't watch it but I'm glad Perk had a great game. Good to see the young ones taking turns to try and carry the team. Pity it didn't work today.

Maybe KG had a pregame chat with Perk,why?..a few days ago Perk was asked in a weei(radio)interview by Dale n Holley, what did he miss most about KG being out .Perk said that after listening to KG pregame talk and during the game, you as a player feel like you are ready for war,and your team has to attack the enemy. It was funny the way Perk stated it but probably true.It made you think that Perk not only misses KG's leadership but needs it at times to amp up his own game...Go Perk!

Quite the stat sheet for Perk, indeed.  Unfortunate the team couldn't match his effort even 75%.

RAcker by the way, I like your use of EXPLETIVE! and I will be borrowing it in my everyday life.  Hope you don't mind, I gave you a TP as consolation.
