If that's the case -- and in some ways good thinking on WW's part, wish I'd thought of it -- it should have been executed in time to work... not ask for a special dispensation after the fact.
Thanks for the quick feedback. Since you, Roy and MK object we should probably just let it shake out as is. (And I'm all in favor of being "too competitive," I objected to YH's pick up James Johnson after all.)
Although just to clarify a couple of points as I know the trade is needlessly complicated. Never my intention to take advantage of the current messy situation. In fact we've been in discussions since Friday. Current situation with players passing through waivers two days early actually threw a wrench into my plans.
And obviously if it was possible to deal a future pick for a player through Yahoo none of this would be necessary.
Now just to clarify waivers are set to process when at this point?
