Yeah, it's odd.  Presumably, the guys still on waivers are the ones who have recently been cut, or who have had a claim put in on them.

Looks like Lucky is working on it. All the players have been locked.

Side note: I am at the bare minimum for PG/SG eligible players this year and need depth. I have an alarming number of SF/PF guys, including:

Lamar Odom
Wilson Chandler
Boris Diaw
Thad Young

and many more!

So, if you need SF/PF eligible players and have a glut of guards, shoot me an offer.

I thought things happened a day early, or two days, even.  On October 2, Lucky said that players would be on waivers "for the next three days".  That means until tomorrow, at the earliest.

I've temporarily locked all teams from adding/dropping, until we determine if any moves thus far need to be reversed, and we can sound the gun for a FA free-for-all. No idea how this happened.

Also, James (not Jones) is now on WD's roster. Sorry about that.

If my adding of JJ was not proper, Lucky, feel free to revert it back.  I prefer to keep the guy obviously, but I don't want people to think I screwed the league or anything like that.

I suspect this is correct. Three day wavier claims shouldn't be processed until tonight at the earliest. And for what it's worth, I still have claims I'd like to make. I also suspect that there is a Monday morning crowd that hasn't even checked in yet.

From what little I can gather online. Yahoo has been having problems with its waiver system in Baseball and Football as well. No official response to be seen though.

I tend to think that while it was allowable somehow by the system (via a glitch), the proper thing to do would be to revert rosters back so that everyone has the same options of adding guys post-waiver period.

I doubt JJ will be the diff. between 1st and 20th place, but in a competitive league like this any add like this could make a difference

Lucky it looks like all players are locked (i.e. I can't make a claim past the ones I"ve already made).... so unless Yahoo! can help out, you might have to either (a) reset waivers on everyone -- and extend the period so teams who've made claims can remake them, or (b) leave the claims as is (i.e. people who hadn't made before today wouldn't get the chance to make them).

I've gone through the commissioners tools, and I cannot find any way to put players who are now listed as free agents back on the waiver wire.

Meanwhile, we have about about 20 players who are still on waivers, but while we are in roster lockdown, no one can submit waiver claims on them.

What do you guys want to do: lift the lockdown, and allow a FA free-for-all at an appointed time, or leave the lockdown in place until the waiver period ends?
