Please vote on the issue of waiver priority and free agents, per the options above. Also feel free to advocate your position in this thread.

We need to determine two things:

1. how to determine waiver priority for next season (carry this season's order over to next season; start over and give priority to best teams based on order of finish; start over and give priority to worst teams based on inverse order of finish)

2. who should be available for drafting next season (only those NBA players who declare for the draft, or all unsigned free agents at the end of this season and all NBA draft-eligible players)

Personally, I am voting for status quo: carry over this year's priority, and continue to restrict the pool of draftees to all NBA players who declare for the upcoming draft.

I'll say the same thing as I did in the H2H league: at this point, I think the best thing to do is to keep the status quo for this season.  That means only rookies in the draft, and waiver priority is re-set next year, with the best team getting #1.  That way, nobody can complain that the rules were changed in mid-stream.  It's the fairest solution.  If rules were going to be changed, I think that would have to be done prior to the season, so that everyone was on the same page.

For *next* season, I vote that the waiver priority carries over, and that all players be draft eligible that aren't on a roster.

The official order of the NBA draft goes:

1. Los Angeles Clippers
2. Memphis Grizzlies
3. Oklahoma City Thunder
4. Sacramento Kings
5. Washington Wizards
6. Minnesota Timberwolves
7. Golden State Warriors

As a result, the order for the top 5 selections in our points league for next year are:

1. Edgar Cortors
2. Indeed Proceed
3. Redz Cellar Hell
4. GomesFan
5. Wide Loaders

The order for the second round is not affected by the draft lottery, so Redz will have the first pick of the second round, GomesFan the second, and so on.

Guess i should have activly tanked instead?

I'd say that roster activity throughout the entire year except for the last month of the season is pretty good for a team that had 0 chance of placing in the league and wasn't going to be involved in the lottery...I mean if you look at my team you can see that all of the moves i did make towards the end of the season were geared towards next year - i believe i picked up one or two players who were out for the season.

I don't mean to sound like a sourpuss, but there really aren't a lot of options in March for a team in the bottom half of the league unless i want to fight deperately for 7th to last place or completely tank my team.  I made a few moves looking towards next year and that was that. 

If you/the rest of the league would still like to replace me then so be it, but i don't think its justified.
